We’ll match you with one of our vetted cleaner members based on your needs, location, and availability. All cleaners are part of our membership network, meaning they meet our quality standards and have access to ongoing training, equipment leasing, and client support tools.
We’ve introduced a small service fee (6%) to help support the technology, customer service, and systems that make our platform work smoothly. This fee helps us better compensate our customer happiness team, provide support to both clients and cleaners, and ensure a premium, reliable experience for everyone involved.
Our cleaners are not employees — they’re independent contractors who’ve joined our platform as members after undergoing our rigorous vetting process. Think of it like Uber or DoorDash: cleaners choose which jobs to accept, and we provide the infrastructure, leads, and tools to help them succeed. All cleaner members go through onboarding, background checks, and ongoing quality assurance to ensure high standards are met.
With $20 Clean, you get the best of both worlds: the flexibility and affordability of working directly with a cleaner, plus the reliability and support of a structured platform with an Account Manager aspect so you feel supported, protected and represented in your transaction with your cleaner. We handle vetting, payment processing, rescheduling, customer support, cleaner backup if needed, and quality tracking — so you don’t have to.
We stand behind every clean booked through our platform. If you’re not satisfied, just reach out to our support team within 24 hours. Depending on the issue, we’ll either send your original Cleaner back for a free re clean of the poorly cleaned areas, credit your account for future service, or pair you with a different cleaner for next time — no stress, no hassle.
If you’re a professional cleaner and want more flexibility and better pay, you can apply to become a Cleaner Member of our platform. Membership comes with exclusive perks like job matching, weekly pay, equipment leasing, client support, flexible and independent business growth plus unlimited training. Once approved, you’ll receive job offers you can choose to accept or decline, an optional uniform, business cards and flyers so you can build a book of business FAST — no pressure.
